Landon and Angie Established Wilde Design and Construction in August 2014.
We both share a passion for designing and building bespoke custom homes.
We have built a great reputation in the South West Region. Our multiple Housing Industry Awards show our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
We also have a passion for building Science and building biology which has led us to becoming Passive House certified and are leading the way in the Southwest in the Passive House and High-Performance Home space.

Initial consultation to understand needs, budget and project goals.

Develop concept plans including floor plans and elevations with feedback and initial costings. If you already have architectural plans or would like to work with a selected architect/designer, we are happy to collaborate. Collaborating with your builder in this stage allows us to provide valuable guidance and feedback on how to achieve project goals and budgets.

Detailed design of working set of architectural drawings including collaboration with engineering and building consultants.

Development of full cost proposal including subcontractors and supplier trade quotes. Development of project timelines.

Final design adjustments and cost proposal so you are confident in pricing prior to the building contract signing stage.

What is Passive House home?
Passive House is an international building standard developed in Germany which sets a clear and simple goal to provide the highest level of occupant comfort using the least amount of energy in the home.
Passive homes use up to 90% less energy to heat and cool your homes. They have far superior indoor air quality and are much quieter from external noise. Passive houses provide more comfort than a regular home. Passive house can be adopted to any home style and material selections. Each home is individually modelled and assessed to achieve the Passive House Standard.
